ACC is thrilled to extend a cordial invitation to the Ascender Familia for the upcoming 9th Annual “Celebración,” the Ascender Catch the Next closing ceremony event. This gathering is set to commemorate the exceptional achievements of ACC Ascender students as they complete their first year of college. The futuristic ceremony is scheduled to take place at Austin PBS on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

In anticipation of an inspiring evening, they are honored to announce Celia Israel, the former representative of the 50th district in the Texas House of Representatives, as their keynote speaker. A distinguished figure in our community, Celia Israel will provide valuable insights and share her educational experiences, offering a glimpse into the future of our students.

Adding to the excitement, students will be adorned with their Ascender Graduation stoles during the ceremony, while our esteemed professors and staff will be recognized for their contributions. The atmosphere will be nothing short of festive, accompanied by light refreshments and uplifting music.
