CTN Board Chair, Saenz, Publishes in MACRI Brown Paper Series

CTN Board Chair, Rogelio Saenz, published in the recently created Mexican American Civil Rights Institute’s (MACRI) Brown Paper series. His article is titled “A Reflection on the Latino Vote in Texas” (pp. 30-45).
