Ariel Flores is a Process Analyst for Student Affairs Operations at Austin Community College where she works on a wide array of projects to bring ACC’s strategic plan to life. Before this role, she worked as a Master Area of Study Advisor and advised STEM, ComputerScience, and the ACC Riverside Ascender campus cohorts. During her time as an Advisor, she strived to ensure each student felt listened to and fully supported in their academic, transfer, and career goals.

Ariel also served as a mentor to Ascender students and was the first Club Advisor for the Ascender student club. As a CTN Fellow she has led and co-led a variety of training presentations for CTN’s training seminars. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Texasat Austin and has a minor in Biology.

She is currently working to obtain her Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Sam Houston State University. In her spare time, she loves to read and her to-read list grows each passing day.
