Karen Quiroz graduated from UTSA in December 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in English.  She graduated from St. Edward’s University in Austin in December 2010 with a Master’s in Liberal Arts. In 2010, she began her teaching career as an adjunct instructor for the Alamo Colleges and the Art Institute of San Antonio.  In 2013, she was offered a full-time position with SWTJC. She is currently an instructor at Palo Alto College.
