Antonio Soto has over 10 years of professional experience working in student mentoring, childcare, and tutoring, ages 5-18. He also has over 10 years of experience working in construction, specifically trades dealing with flooring. He has had previous roles with the YMCA of Dallas, the YMCA of Austin, Boys and Girls Club of the Austin Area, and College Forward, a college access nonprofit.  Currently, he works for Dallas College as a Senior Pathway Specialist. In this role, he has the privilege of being a student advisor and content expert for the School of Engineering, Technology, Mathematics & Sciences. His team also manages the newest, and third bachelor at Dallas College – the Bachelor of Applied Technology in Software Development. It is through his Dallas College experience that he connected with CTN and the Ascender program. He completed the Ascender seminars from Fall 2023-Fall 2024.
