Submit Application: Leadership Fellows Program

The CTN Leadership Fellows Program is a customized learning experience that immerses participants in Catch The Next’s culture, policies, and decision‑making processes. Fellows deepen their practice in CTN’s Transformative Education Framework and help advance our mission to maximize institutional and student success across the state and nation.

Program goals

  • Develop leadership capacity for practitioners across campuses by grounding decisions in shared values and evidence‑based practice that directly shapes the future of higher education.
  • Prepare future leaders to meet real‑world challenges and serve the capacity‑building needs of CTN and our partner institutions.
  • Model mindful leadership rooted in respect, community, professional growth, and responsible stewardship—championing collaboration and inclusiveness so others are encouraged to lead and achieve.
