Nora Benavidez obtained her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts from New York University, magna cum laude.
Benavidez is a Staff Attorney at the ACLU of Georgia. She investigates and develops new cases with our affiliate and national partners. She also helps manage our legal caseload through research and writing for active litigation, including appeals.
Benavidez was awarded the Dean’s Public Service Award and the Pro Bono Service Medal while attending Emory University School of Law.
