ACC Students Tour Four Universities

ACC Ascender students attended campus tours at Texas State University, St. Edward's University, University of Texas at Austin and Concordia University.

During the Texas State University tour, students attended a transfer information session with an enrollment advisor who works specifically with ACC students. Students were able to learn valuable information about Bobcat scholarships, specific transfer requirements for various areas of study, and general transfer information. Students learned about transfer application deadlines for spring, fall, and summer semesters. They asked questions about the application process as well as GPA related inquiries regarding admissions. Students then went on a tour of the campus and took pictures at several notable locations.

On the St. Edward's tour, students attended a transfer information session that outlined how ACC students can smoothly transfer to St. Edward's. Students were able to attend a mock class with ethics professor, Dr. Jack Musselman. Students went on a full campus tour and were granted access to the science building, rec center, and library.
