South Texas College Ascender Students Tour UTRGV

South Texas College Ascender program students visited the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley campus in Edinburg on November 16. They were visiting a university some are considering attending in the future graduation from STC. There they got to experience campus life and students in action as they walked to class and studied. The Ascender group was given a lot of information about how to transfer, including financial aid and how/where to get it at UTRGV. They also learned how admissions work as well. They observed dorm life in case they choose to move onto campus, and finally got a tour of the campus.
