She is Associate Director for the Educational Research Center at The University of Texas at Austin.
JOSÉ DAVID SALDÍVAR
He is a scholar of late post-contemporary culture, especially the minoritized literatures of the United States, Latin America, and the Trans-America hemisphere, and of border narrative and poetics from the sixteenth century to the present.

NORMA ELIA CANTÚ
Trinity University has appointed Cantú, a prominent Chicana and Latina cultural studies expert and author, as the Norene R. and T. Frank Murchison Endowed Professor in Humanities. She is professor emerita of English and U.S. Latina/o Literatures at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
PATRICIA ROMNEY
Currently, her work is focused on consulting and coaching for excellence and equity in higher education.
MANUELA ORJUELA
She is an assistant professor in Pediatric Oncology at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, where she also serves as an Investigator and Member of the Executive Committee. Orjuela is a member of the Columbia Center for Environmental Health in Northern Manhattan and Scientific Director at the Community and Ambulatory Research & Enrollment (CARE), Herbert Irving Cancer Center. She is also a faculty affiliate of the Columbia Mexican Studies Center and the Institute of Latin American Studies.
GUADALUPE SAN MIGUEL, JR.
He is a Professor of History at the University of Houston, who specializes in Mexican American Education. He also has served on the History Department’s Executive and Graduate committees.

He is currently a professor in the Department of History at the University of Texas at Austin.
ARTURO MADRID
He has had a long and diverse career, having served as a professor and administrator at both public and private colleges and Trinity University; as a federal official; as the director of a national fellowship program; and as the founding president of an institute for policy studies.

He is currently an Area Superintendent with the El Paso Independent School District, the largest school district in El Paso, Texas.

A historian and sociologist, he is a Professor of Ethnic Studies at the University of California, Berkeley.

He is The Ashbel Smith Professor of Education Policy, Department of Educational Administration, The University of Texas at Austin and Special Assistant to the Chancellor at The University of Texas System.
JOHN H. STANFIELD
He is Emeritus Professor at Indiana University Bloomington and an African American/Indigenous American activist, public sociologist, and ordained ecumenical interfaith public minister.
KIP TELLEZ
He is a Professor in the Education Department at UC Santa Cruz where he served as Chair from 2007 to 2014 and is the current editor of Teacher Education Quarterly. Dr. Tellez is also a fellow of Stevenson and Crown colleges, as well as participating faculty in Latin American and Latino Studies.
JOSE F. ARANDA JR.
He is an Associate Professor of Chicano/a and American Literature in the English Department of Rice University, where he teaches courses in Chicano/a literature, Asian American fiction, and nineteenth and twentieth-century U.S. literature.
TERESA VILLELA
She currently practices and teaches at the University of California, San Francisco, one of the top medical schools in the country. She is also Chief of Service at the San Francisco General Hospital Department of Family and Community Medicine and the Vice Chair of the UCSF Department of Family and Community Medicine.
PATRICIA GÁNDARA
She is a Research Professor and Co-Director of the Civil Rights Project at UCLA. She is also Chair of the Working Group on Education for the University of California-Mexico Initiative in which she is spearheading a number of California-Mexico education projects.
