Apply to be a Leadership Fellow
OVERVIEW
The Catch the Next, Inc. Leadership Fellows Program is a customized learning experience that enables participants to immerse themselves in the culture, policies, and decision-making processes of the organization in order to maximize the potential of CTN as an agency of change.
TRAINING GOALS
- To offer practitioners the opportunity to work toward a shared mission
- To develop the skills of Leadership Fellows to be facilitators of knowledge and best practices
- To increase the ability of Fellows to inspire and influence others by being inclusive, open, and innovative while holding themselves accountable to CTN’s mission
OPPORTUNITIES
Our Leadership Fellows contribute to:
- CTN Professional Development Trainings
- Ascender Site Visits (throughout the state)
- Monthly Webinars
- The Journal of Ideas and Pedagogy (as writers and editorial staff)
- Monthly Webinars
- CTN Board of Directors Committees (research and evaluation, marketing, student engagement, etc.)
COMPENSATION
Stipends are provided to all Leadership Fellows for their creation and/or facilitation of professional development training sessions, site visits and other projects as assigned.
SELECTION PROCESS
All applications will be reviewed and fellows will be selected throughout the year on an ongoing basis; if you are chosen, you will receive a welcome letter confirming your appointment and registration link for the next leadership fellows training.
