Leadership Fellows Program

Leadership Fellows play a crucial role in CTN's work as they help facilitate trainings, visit colleges, present our findings and best practices at conferences and peer mentor new faculty in the Ascender model. Their contributions help scale CTN's work at our partner institutions.  

Leadership fellows attend a three-day summer retreat where they learn more about CTN's work, the nonprofit sector, data collection as well as best practices for leading training sessions, developing curriculum, presenting at conferences, publishing and conducting site visits at CTN's partner institutions. 

 All faculty and staff who have completed the year-long Ascender training sequence are eligible to apply.
