PAC CTN Instructor, D. Rodriguez’s Students Register to Vote

PAC instructor, Dr. Rodriguez, took his students to register to vote and had his picture made at the Inside Out photo truck. Inside Out/ Vote is traveling across the country organizing 20 art activations to provide local voter registration groups, such as MOVE Texas, a unique platform to register, energize and empower young voters.
